before u read this i wan to say... NO OFFENCE!

LIFE SCIENCE X ENGINEERING X BUSSINESS X IT X DESIGN X HEALTH SCIENCE
Passion(what u like) VS Future($/what country needs)
every year b4 a new patch of student going into the poly... the news will offen say wat coz is hot wat the nation more need in... thus sound like hopeing more ppl going into that(i still can remember last year was about aviation(aerospace), previous year was about tertiary activity(tourism, retail mangerment etc...)this year was on engineering...

i has a friend who is very interested in Mass Com... but sad news was he cant able to do that due to cop didnt meet the requirment... now he say he now appealing for biotech... why him why he say - dunno leh...-... that cum my question why dun u do something u like than doin wat country wants? but after that i had another question... i eventually have a friend bf who is now study aboard (in Canada U) is doing chemical engineering... n i had a friend who is going poly in the mid yr is going to do that in poly... my question was when that guy return from Canada how my friend is going to fight with him?(a poly cert VS a degree/houours) n some1 did even told me sg dun have the market for LS... hai...

i personally think that doing wat u like is great but will u willing to (maybe only la) to give up wat u have here n went oversea to continue do wat u like?

my sis this evening told me then 10 years ago all engineering coz add up to a few thousand ppl but today last that a thousand...

i went NAFA a month ago.. the lectureer told that stb is trying to promot n develop sg into a art centre(that wat espandle, fashion + arts festival for)... but i do even think b4 sholud i take up art now n become a teacher or artiste in the future but how much m i going to get a month? ok teacher the job is quiet stable but artiste leh?we now flip through life we get to see article on leslie kee, zing, ashley isham ... who are very well known around the world or at least asia... but who else really have the luck like them?
